cannot be installed due to sporadic reviews

This product is on the shelf. After getting it I wanted to wait for the other parts I ordered to arrive (intake manifold and TB gasket) to install them as they needed to adjust the air ratio. After a month I read more reviews than were posted and found that only good reviews were posted. After reading all the reviews I decided that since the reviews are so sporadic I won't install. It sucks because I don't have a 69.99 now and it's been too long so I can't send it back.
