More difficult to open the box than to install.
A simple replacement for a broken DVD/RW in my laptop. The only criticism is the supplied very short USB cable. I work with my laptop on my lap and the cable is too short to put the drive on the table next to me. I had to buy an extension. The drive tray seems a little flimsy and prone to damage, but I think that's true for most of these drives.
