Review on 🐠 CO2 Generator System Kit for Aquarium Plants with Solenoid Valve, Bubble Counter, Check Valve, and Carbon Dioxide Reactor – Decdeal DIY Aquarium Kit by Denise Rose

Revainrating 4 out of 5

That gives you your money's worth

Here's the thing. For the money, that's really a 5 out of 5. But is this system ideal? Of course not, but part of you knew before you bought it. Works quite well to be honest. I see other reviews and I will say that in some respects they deserve attention. There are a few things that can go wrong if not checked. Rubber bushings, electromagnet and pressure build-up. I currently use two of these systems. They don't gas the fish, they grow my plants quickly, and are easy to set up and use. A few caveats: First, make sure you straighten the plumbing. Make sure everything is tight. Let the solenoid valve run for 5-10 minutes before opening the valve. Also - and this is important - you should check the bubble counter a few minutes after opening the exhaust valve. This causes an instant increase in pressure, making you think you have 3 bubbles per second and walk away. When you come back it's just 1- you need to work a little and then adjust the bubble counter. Oddly enough, I also have 2 different solenoids. I guess mnft. There are surplus old style solenoids that they need to remove from their inventory. If your solenoid comes with a cable attached, you're in luck. If your solenoid comes with flimsy plastic on the bottom and a wire to put in there, Welp sucks to suck. It is thin and can fall out easily. Like I said, you paid for what you got. And it delivers. I'm glad I didn't spend money on the whole system for small adjustments and faster refueling. End
