I contacted the seller about the missing nut and lock washer on the rim They sent me a small thin one Wrenches sent to tighten the hex bolts that come with the wheel lock. break it in seconds. I definitely do NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone who wants to protect their trailer. The more I buy Chinese goods, the more I realize that "quality" is not part of their lexicon!
