Review on Trinsic Single Lavatory Faucet T3559LF BLWL: Sleek Design with Superior Function by Ben Diesel

I bought a wall mounted bathroom faucet with a valve. The faucet did not come with a screw to hold the handle in place. After numerous discussions with Delta, it emerged that Revain had sent an outdated version of the Trinsic faucet and replacement parts are no longer available. Delta tried to send a newer handle but it doesn't work with the old version of the faucet. Then Delta sent me a new cartridge but it doesn't work with the old version of the valve they sent me. Now Delta has sent a new faucet and valve, but to replace the old one you'll have to tear down the wall and apron. Delta was great to work with, but I was on a tight budget and wasn't sure when I could afford an additional demo, replacement and repair. Bottom Line: Don't buy through Revain.
