I've had these bags before and always loved how functional and ergonomic they were, but I bemoaned their ugliness. They've finally released a beautiful bag that feels great! There is beautiful embroidery on the outer flap, which makes me very happy. I love the many pockets and pockets that help me stay organized. The only disappointment I had was that the patch pocket on the outside back was replaced with a zipped pocket. I like being able to grab my phone quickly - the zip pocket is awkward. It's ok though as I just put my phone in the other outside pocket.
