Review on Di-LIMS by Chris Santos

I like that I can look at all my orders and samples in one place. It has really helped me keep up with everything. Sometimes when you are looking at a particular order there are several questions that pop up and sometimes it doesn't give you an option to mark them as "answered". I wish they had more detailed help guides within each section. It would be nice if there was an easier way for someone newer to the program to figure out how things work. You have to know what you're doing, but once you do it does become helpful. I like using Di-lims because it helps me keep up with all of the samples I collect. The customer service is great! they are always willing to help with any issue that arises. Sometimes when i am in need of technical support there are some delays. I would like to see more options for customization. Di-lims provides many features that other systems do not have. It is easy to use and has many different user friendly features. The best part is that it is very affordable.
