Review on AVATA by Rob Parsons

AVATA was very helpful in resolving our business problems. They were great at understanding our business model, and helped define best practices from a business perspective. It was a collaborative process, with both of us being involved with the solution. AVA has been great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again. The only con I can think of is AVATA did not provide the same level of communication throughout the project as I would have liked. The benefits of our project were great. The process was not as efficient as it could have been with additional communication throughout the process. Solving the business problems with our business process. The best thing about AVATA is their customer service, they are always willing to go above and beyond to assist our customers with any questions or concerns. They also have an amazing team of people who are constantly learning new things and providing great solutions for us in the cloud space. Not much. We have been working with them for over 10 years now and I would say we are extremely happy with the relationship we have built.
