Not suitable for "Sweet Itch "

Just received this for my horse who has a "sweet itch" on his tail and mane. I tried everything to help this guy but nothing worked. I was sure it would help him based on the reviews. Last night I put him in a good coat and went to see him in the evening and he was already itchy. And this morning everything flew off his tail. So absolutely not satisfied with this product! Not to mention I only had one application left before it was all over!
