Review on ๐Ÿ’ค Enhance Sleep Quality with BioPEDIC Memory Foam Support Knee Pillow, White by Tina Coleman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's a great pillow, although it didn't fit me, that's why.

I only sleep with a pillow between my legs as I sleep on my side most of the time (although I sleep better on my back and now use a pillow under my knees). I've always been curious to try these specially made pillows and was offered this BioPEDIC brand pillow and thought I'd give it a try. At the time of review, this pillow cost $15.57. The pillow comes in a cut box, the pillow is in a plastic bag, there is an instruction manual/warranty card in the box. What's nice is that the pillow has a removable cover that can be washed. The instructions recommend leaving the pillow on for 48 hours before use. I'm not usually a fan of memory foam as it's typically non-breathable and heavy. While this pillow is quite light and I didn't have any heat issues on the nights I tested it, that's probably partly because the pillow isn't very large. Although the instructions say this pillow is good for below the knees, if I sleep on my back I'd happily change it - although I'm thin and can sit on the pillow I didn't find the shape to be comfortable for positions in this suitable way. - However, if you sleep exclusively on your side and want this pillow to work, its design means it will stay between your legs no matter how you position them and should stay even when you switch sides. I found them very useful for this. This pillow is very good but it doesn't suit me - I'm used to a body pillow for support and was uncomfortable with other parts of my legs touching - I mention this because if you're like me this is the one Case what to consider. I can get used to it over time but didn't want to lose sleep over it. I'll keep this travel pillow - it's perfect for that and small enough to take with me.
