These aqua socks do what they should. protect your feet when at the beach, water park, pool, etc. They are far more comfy than your typical 'water shoe' which my children have always complained about and refused to wear. My only complaint (hence 4 stars instead of 5) is durability. I bought 4 pairs of these, and two of them ended up with holes completely through the bottom (pictured). This was after 3 water park visits, so considerable walking on hard/concrete surfaces. Probably at the beach you'd get a lot more wear out of them, but durability is not awesome.
