I didn't think it was wise to spend $110 on an OEM toner cartridge for a 10 year old Brother multifunction printer, especially when I could get a newer remanufactured model for $200. I recently refilled a cartridge with another supplier's toner and it worked fine at first, until the print quality quickly dropped and the light copy became almost unusable. I chose the EZ Ink toner cartridge based on the good reviews and it worked great. (TN-650 compatible) I saw very good print quality from the first page. Cleaning the drum cartridge first to try and fix my previous toner error may have helped a bit. I guess the trick is getting the toner right, which is why EZ Ink gets an A++ for that. The other plastic parts of the cartridge case were found to be of high quality, perhaps lighter than the OEM parts, but that's definitely not a problem.
