Let me start by saying that it didn't work very well when I first bought it. It left ink or black smudges all over the page. It still did after shaking the drum and printing out a few pages, so I sent it back. I have decided to buy it again in a few weeks and it is perfect and works as it should! I believe this is the first time I've received a defective ink cartridge and I'm glad I decided to try again. It lasts a very long time and is cheaper than a famous brand. Happy buyer.
