This is the worst printer I have ever bought and Brother has inexperienced customer service representatives. I have had this printer for two months now and bought it for my office. I had to call customer service twice, once a month, because this printer keeps saying it ran out of toner after only 30 days of use and about 800-1000 pages max. while each toner usage takes about 3,000 pages and I don't print pictures. I've just spent an hour and thirty five minutes with customer service to let me know they will be sending me a replacement toner again. I bought this printer thinking it would save money on ink but at $73 per cartridge change and at this price per month this is ridiculous, not what was advertised when purchasing this product. My home printer is an Epson which I have had for three years with a $35 ink change and prints more pages than this Brother printer. Another downside is that the Brother printer doesn't even alert you when it's running low on toner. You can be in the middle of printing and it will just stop, which is very unprofessional and bad for any business owner.
