Not working since September due to a back injury. I have completed PT. I still don't function like I did before the injury. I bought this belt and immediately felt relief from my back pain and it helps maintain good posture. I went from wearing medical patches on my back every day to wearing this belt and not wearing patches for days! Why didn't the doctor suggest any of these to me? I'm glad I found it. I would recommend it to anyone with lower back pain. During this time I was injured and diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. This belt is great. An analogy women can compare this to is coming home from work and the relief you feel when you take off your bra.
