My husband and I love our belts! We only use them as support when lifting or moving objects. Hubby uses him more as he lifts a lot of weights after his hernia surgery. It gives us the peace of mind and support we need. Very comfortable, I even forgot he was on me.

The moment I put it on I immediately felt like I had taken some weight off my back. Just put it on and tighten the second strap and your back will feel a lot better. I love the velcro that allows you to adjust how high or low you want it to ride on your back.

Being an avid gardener I ordered this to reduce the risk of back injuries. The strap itself is well made and quite comfortable. The wide and very strong velcro ensures a tight fit. I'm happy with my purchase and you can't beat the price!

I bought this to support my lower back when digging and hauling mulch. It is highly customizable with multiple adjustment methods to fit your body type. I like that you velcro it on the stomach, but there are additional "flaps" on each side that pull it tighter and provide more support. I look forward to using this belt for a long time.

You should be aware that you may need a size or two larger than your size, I did and I was lucky - that matters Excellent quality and maybe a Evaluation of this will be added later on how it works but feels better than the one I had. great price - no wonder this was Revain's choice. Bought these for myself and a small group of movers to help out. I removed some of the braces and just put on a back support strap and I have to say that after quite a long day with not very heavy but lots of objects it definitely helped alleviate aches and pains that are usually felt the next day. Very, very affordable protection, so be sure to grab it before you lift medium or heavy weights.

Bought a large size (38 straps) to help move boxes from my apartment.
