One of my favorite Christmas decorations is a set of old bells from 45 years ago. To say that flickering replacement bulbs are hard to find is an understatement. It took me almost two years of searching everywhere to finally give up and start searching the internet. I took a leap of faith to see if they would work. The first two lights blinked twice a second - they didn't blink randomly even after warming up - so I figured it was another bug. However, the third bulb blinked just as unevenly and randomly as the original bulbs. They also make slight tinkling noises reminiscent of distant bells in the distance.
