Review on 💊 Buster Pet Pill/Tablet Syringe with Classic Tip by Kruuse by Samantha Bryant

I ordered one from Revain on 05/20/2017 and got what I expected - a version with a soft (forked) silicon tube on the tip. I know some people had problems with this version, but it worked perfectly for us. I check the tip each time to make sure it's tight and has never really indicated slipping. The incision holds the pill very well and the soft tip allows me to open our cat's mouth, insert the jet far back and fire the pill with ease. The cat sits there and doesn't look worried. Yes, small pills and split pills sometimes stick, so a wider plunger would be nice, but this version works for us. See the second two photos attached - this is what I ordered and expected. Fearing that the pill dispenser might burst, we ordered another one on February 25th, 2018. I specifically went back to the same source as the original Pill Shooter, despite being available cheaper (with Prime shipping) elsewhere on Revain. What we have is useless and dangerous. This "new" version has a hard plastic "clip" on the end that slits a cat's throat and doesn't properly hold different sized pills. The tip scratched my fingers so I never thought of putting it down my cat's throat. I don't think this product should be on the market. Also, Revain's entrance photos are exactly what I expected - what I ordered. When I went back to the records to request a refund I saw a new picture showing what was delivered. See the first picture attached - this is what I have. I am returning the item for a refund and to make the injury worse I have to pay postage.
