Doesn't recognize 95% of the time

Update*** The customer service was really nice. They sent a replacement. After changing the settings every few days to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong, it still doesn't detect any movement. I get an alarm when someone presses the bell, but if someone just walks up to me or stands at my door, it isn't detected or alarmed. I have another great camera from Eufy. I'm disappointed in the doorbell. I really wanted to like this doorbell camera. After several weeks of use, it fails to detect 95% of movements. Someone can stand right in front of him and nothing. This is my first security camera and I am disappointed.
