Review on Kleenex Professional Facial Tissue for Business (03076) - 12 Flat Tissue Boxes | Convenient Case with 1,500 Tissues by Doris Tran

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The quality keeps dropping.

From a design point of view, a box of Kleenex tissues is not a space shuttle. All you really have to do is keep the top tissue handy (not fall back into the box) and then pull out the one from behind. And the reason I buy Kleenex brand wipes is because I have been doing it my whole life, for over 50 years, with decent quality 2-ply wipes. If I wanted to pit I would buy Scotty or something. But lately, Kleenex seems obsessed with messing things up (he's no doubt trying to cut costs). I just switched to these short 125 napkin boxes BECAUSE with the big boxes, when you used up a certain amount, the top napkin ALWAYS fell back into the box and was very difficult to get out. And that happened again and again. This doesn't happen with short boxes, and if it does, you can reach for the nearest tissue without going wrist-deep into the box. But it seems the quality has gone down again since the switch from the gray boxes to these blue and orange flower boxes. In these boxes it is no longer possible to pull out ONE napkin and the next one sticks to it and comes out with it. Worse, I would say 1 in 4 boxes has very large build ups/clumps of Kleenex dust that eventually comes out of the box with the tissue and makes a powdery mess. Yet again. THIS IS NOT PROJECT SCIENCE. Kleenex KNOWS how to make tissue boxes without these problems. But the product in those boxes is getting cheaper and cheaper. Please KLEENEX -- restore quality and provide boxes that work with no problems and no dust balls inside. I'd be happy to pay a little more money for less hassle.

Pros
  • 12 boxes with 125 wipes per box (total 1500 sheets); Each white Kleenex towel measures 8.3" x 7.8", double-layered, absorbent, soft and durable.
