Other reviews of these lights are correct. You get what you pay for. These lights are definitely cheap and very difficult to connect due to their construction. You don't need to be an electrician to hook up these devices, but don't expect to spend 10 minutes installing a unit. I think I spent about 30-45 minutes installing one device. I ended up having to lie on my back on the counter to set these babies up as you are very limited in your movements with these things. The cable connection is very fragile. It doesn't break but needs to be screwed to the light when you receive them. The problem is that they come out VERY easily and you probably won't attach them to the case after they come out. That being said, the lights work well once you install them. The good thing is that you only have to install these things once. If you can get over the setup and some of the shortcomings of the devices yourself, you're done. Based on previous reviews I was ok with installation issues and would give this unit 4 stars especially for the price you are getting. Per. However, the cable connection shown in the photos did not stay pinned for me, so I have to downgrade it to 3 stars. I have 3 more devices that I need to install and if I get better results from them I might upgrade it to 4 stars. I recommend that you make sure the cable connection is secure before you start, because once you start and it pops up, you're likely to be saying some colorful words that your kids probably shouldn't be. not listening.
