Not licensed for Southwest Airlines
This airline is good but not airline licensed (or stressful, not according to Southwest Airlines). We were not allowed on board because the aircraft carrier was too big. To my knowledge, the soft side support can be compressed to meet airline requirements. but the Southwest clearly disagrees. I personally feel it was a problem with the airline people being on a power trip, but it's possible they are right and the airline is just too big. Who knows; not me. I drove an hour one way with my young son; I hope this review helps you out.
