The ability to set up meetings quickly without having too many tools involved.

I wish it was more intuitive but once you figure out how everything works its ok! If your looking into this product make sure that there are other people using it as well so they can help guide through any questions or issues before purchasing because some things aren't very user friendly at first glance (like adding new templates). We use net presenters everyday within my organization which allows us quick access when needed. I like that it allows me as well be able see what my team members are working at while they work from home through this program! It's not easy sometimes when you have so many people using one computer but if your having issues just ask someone who knows how or there should always somebody around willing help out :) Nothing really bad about net presenter its very helpful once i get into getting everyone set up then everything works great after awhile!!
