When I received the vacuum sealer I put it off for a few days because I had never used it and didn't know what to expect. FOUNTAIN! The day I decided to finally use it. My my! Why have I waited? It's very easy! The instructions are well written and easy to understand. I sealed three packages of beef patties that I had cooked and frozen a few days earlier, in addition to the six servings of chicken breasts (not frozen) that were in the marinade. Took less than 30 minutes. This included reading instructions!
