I am very disappointed with the delay in delivery. We had planned tobogganing and tubing and reserved it for Thursday morning. The Prime Minister was promised a guaranteed delivery of the package by Wednesday, so I ordered it. But I waited until the end of the day and didn't get it. I was very disappointed and checked the delivery status on Thursday evening. I was so upset and stressed that I didn't have winter pants for my little one for the trip and it was too late to go to the local shop and check. With that thought, I couldn't sleep all night. We started early in the morning and finally I found a shop in the town where I had bought winter pants for my little one at a huge price. I had to pay double the price. We drove off on a sledge without having received the package, I didn't even open it. In the end it didn't fit and I had to buy another one at great expense. I should probably get a gift card along with a refund for all the disappointments.
