My Toy Poodle pup broke his leg in 2 places. He is minimum 6 weeks in a splint/cast. I have spent at least 100.00 on cones for him. He’s 5 months and around 6lbs.First got the medium. It fit perfectly but protected nada. He easily got to his cast and the bag that was over it to protect from rain for potty time.I then ordered the XL after combing the reviews. I was nervous it would be too big for him. It’s just right. He can’t reach anything on his body but can still eat and drink and potty without issues. He has just been released to run on flat firm surfaces and has been playing fetch without issues. HIGHLY recommend. He can sleep so much better now. Worth the extra price.
