I like that it's easy for me to use because of its user-friendly interface. It also has great customer service which is always helpful when you need some help with anything. I dislike how slow it can be at times. Sometimes there are delays in uploading or receiving information from other software systems (e.g., CAD). This was not an issue while using only AECOVE but now we have to work around this problem as well since our client requires us to integrate their project management system into ours. We hope they will continue to improve their product so we don't have to deal with these issues anymore! The benefits include being able to keep track of all aspects of a building design/construction process without having to manually enter data throughout the entire process.
