I bought it for my wife to test and try. sometimes she likes to gild and leaf through art. Each can is approximately 2 3/4" in diameter and 1/14" tall. The golden scales are made of gilded copper foil. The silver flakes are made of aluminum while the copper flakes are made of 100% copper. My wife loves them. There is a decent amount of flakes and they are very supple and thin like real ones. She said you can't tell the gold flakes aren't real. While they are great for furniture, art, etc., these cereals are not suitable for eating as they are NOT edible.
