I have been using third party ink cartridges for many years and this is my first time trying this product. The product was well packaged and well sealed. When I replaced the GPC Image ink cartridge from the printer and closed the ink cartridge door, the printer did not recognize any of the cartridges; So I panic and keep changing these cartridges but to no avail. This is the first time I've encountered this problem in years of using third-party inks. I start randomly pressing the black/color button on the printer when the printer suddenly says it needs a firmware update. Magically, after updating the firmware and rebooting, the printer recognized these ink cartridges and to this day I have no idea how it works. I'll keep this in mind for my next ink change and update the review accordingly. In addition, these ink cartridges meet my printing needs in terms of color and quality.
