Easy to use clock radio CD AM/FM

Simple basic clock radio with CD player. As described, this is a very easy to use clock radio. My previous clock radios were disconnected from the transmitter, so all I heard was static when the "clock" went off. Increasing the volume didn't solve the problem. Just slept, although louder static (or buzzers, for that matter). Being hard of hearing, I needed something that could play music as an alarm clock. So I bought this simple clock with CD/radio/buzzer. I've decided not to mess around with a dual alarm or a bunch of other features that I won't be using. My wife (normal hearing) and my own clock radio. Setting the clock and alarm time was easy. I love these CD radio alarm clocks as they display "AM" and "PM". It also shows if you have set the alarm to use CD, Radio or Buzzer as the alarm (these are the three icons on the right side of the screen). The volume and adjustment controls are on opposite sides of the radio, along with two speakers (one on the left and one on the right). This radio was surprisingly small. A photo of a radio is about this size when held about 12 inches or less from your face. Despite its small size, this radio sounded better than any of my previous clock radios. Yes, this unit will wake you up with the first track on the CD (and quite loudly if you turn up the volume). Some people complain that they can't choose which track on the CD to play. That's true, but I like it because if it were a problem for me, I'd burn my own CD with my favorite song on the first track. I am very happy that I bought it and can only recommend it. If you don't want him to have double alarms, make coffee for you and so on.
