We needed something we could store and keep on our boat to inflate towed water tubes and a booster ball. For that it works great. It comes in a waterproof storage bag and allows us to inflate it on the water without worrying about inflating at home or with a hand pump. You can use the included alligator clips to connect the battery or you can use the car cigarette lighter adapter. There is also a good range of adapters for different types and sizes of tubing. Doubly perfect for hiking and inflating air mattresses. Inflation was quick and the summer sun had no effect on the engine overheating. The digital pressure gauge is also a nice addition. Simply set the psi pressure for your hose and connect the hose. So easy. I definitely recommend it.
