Eight years full time on the same rig. Empty weekly. Fill the toilet and flush several times. Use a stick in the toilet hose sprayer is not enough because it is rough and painful. Especially now I'm wintering somewhere below zero. Something has gone wrong lately and blockages have occurred. Didn't think an external backwash would work as my sewage system has more kinks than a slinky. Also, my waste water connection is in a narrow compartment, so I can't connect a flush directly. But I was a bit desperate and decided to give it a try. God how wrong I was. Wow! I knew it was gross, but I had no idea my black tank top was so gross. The flusher worked wonders even when connected to a sewage hose and going uphill. There were some small leaks from the drain hose connections as they are not rated for such water pressure but everything held up. The pyramid-shaped washer, in addition to the stern, removed scale from the sewer pipes and tank walls. It is also much more hygienic than a toilet stick. I've only had it for a week so time will tell how well it holds up. In a semi-permanent space with temperatures below zero in winter and over 100 degrees in summer. Will post if there are any changes.
