Very happy with this diffuser. There are no leaves/leftovers in the teacup, which makes drinking much more pleasant. Easy to use, very slim, easy to store with all other kitchen utensils. My only concern is that it displaces a lot of water in the mug leaving about 3/4 of the drink when you take it out. I suggest keeping some hot water out of the way and steeping the tea a few minutes longer than usual so you can fill the cup to the brim after removing the diffuser. Also, I'm very happy with this product - it's much more effective and cleaner than other products I've used in the past.
