I bought this for my husband when he is checking his trail cameras in the woods. He's not very tech savvy and it seemed extremely easy to use. It has a Type-C and Micro USB connector, so it works with both of our phones. Accepts both regular and micro SD cards. The biggest benefit was that it didn't require an app to work, which is great as there may be no forest maintenance involved. We are having problems with the device and have contacted support. It turned out that the connector on his phone was faulty and it only took a little jiggling to get it working. The customer service rep repeatedly emailed us tips and tricks to make sure we were doing everything right. I was very surprised at how quickly they responded to my first email and every subsequent one. Their customer support is fantastic and I would definitely recommend buying from them not only because of the easy to use and convenient product but also because if there is a problem they will go out of their way to solve the problem.
