Not for JBL Flip 4 and not universally usable.
Surprisingly only has one strap attached to the side of the speaker, but the attachment straps are too short to attach to anything larger than 3/4″. It's advertised for jbl foldable speakers, but you can't tighten the strap for a device without pressing the volume or play buttons in the same place. May fit other brands of speakers and certain mounting bars, but do not attempt to use them on a boat tee or quad bar. Unless you have a very small pipe diameter.
