Be careful. They are very effective if you only use them to clean surfaces, especially electronics. But if you use them to disinfect surfaces, 99% means they contain less water and more alcohol, so they dry very quickly. In general, the more water, the longer it takes to dry. To kill bacteria/viruses with alcohol, surfaces must remain wet for 30 seconds; These towels dry in about 20 seconds. Note: Anything below 60-65% is considered ineffective.
