I recently discovered cooking with a ceramic coated pan and decided to pass it on to my daughter and husband who love to cook. When I saw this set I thought it would be perfect for them as they now have a range of pots and pans which are in pretty poor condition. They are light and seem surprisingly strong for their weight. The ceramic coating is superb and makes cleaning a breeze. And the handles are nice and ergonomic as well as light. Another nice feature is that you can also use them on induction cooktops. I have a portable induction cooktop so I'm looking for pots and pans that are induction safe and will fill the bill. All I can say is that my daughter loves her. And she especially likes that cleaning is much easier.
