It won't fall or tip over, but it won't hold anything cold or hot either.
True to its promise, the mug won't fall if you bump into it unless you manage to nudge it with a sharp upward motion that lifts the lid. It's pretty well made for a plastic cup. There are two things they don't tell you. First, the suction cup on the underside becomes very uncomfortable and there doesn't seem to be a way to fully clean it again. Second, and more importantly, it has no more insulation than an open-ended double-walled plastic cup, and even less. Whatever you put in it will reach room temperature very quickly. I'm waiting for version 2 if I hope they do something about these issues.
