The idea and the design of the cup are great! Unfortunately, the mug doesn't keep hot drinks hot for very long compared to the Contigo mug I used before. Otherwise it would be a great purchase

The "will not fall" part of this mug works very well, unfortunately the "thermos" part does not work. Compared to other leakproof mugs of the same size, it does not keep liquids as hot as expected for a thermal product. If you're buying this for a coffee mug, you may be disappointed with how quickly your coffee cools down.

So I like that the mug doesn't tip over but there is no insulation for a travel mug. Doesn't keep things hot or even cold - just warm/room temperature. True to its promise, the mug won't fall if you bump into it unless you manage to nudge it with a sharp upward motion that lifts the lid. It's pretty well made for a plastic cup. There are two things they don't tell you. First, the suction cup on the underside becomes very uncomfortable and there doesn't seem to be a way to fully clean it again.
