I bought iLap and was initially impressed. But I soon found that the fabric pillow was only held together by a simple rubber glue! The heat from the laptop melts the cement and the pillow just comes off - it's useless. It leaves a sticky residue that makes it difficult to use without a pad. Attempts to contact support via phone or email were ignored. I had to conclude that not only was the product poor quality, but the company was acting in bad faith.
