Review on Jacobson Products Wool Ironing Quilters Appliances by Non Martin

I am a very active DIY enthusiast and use the iron on a daily basis. A few years ago I bought a more expensive iron because I could never iron some fabrics after washing them. Well, the new iron helped, but still didn't completely solve this problem. So when I found out about this type of ironing mat and read the reviews I had to give it a try. I love how beautiful my fabrics turn out when ironed onto this rug. It definitely has an earthy/animal smell when using vapor, but it doesn't seem to be that bad without it. My workshop smells pretty bad after I've been ironing for a while, but it doesn't bother me, only my family members who happen to drop by for a chat notice that it stinks. I didn't care and the smell goes away after a few hours without ironing and the end result far outweighs the bad smell for me. I love it and also love that it's made in the USA!
