Didn't expect any issues with this but I was wrong. The end of the jack does not fully connect to the 3.5mm plug on my Apple headphones. It works if you press hard enough, but it doesn't "lock" fully and often comes loose. When answering a phone call, the caller could not hear me through the headset microphone several times. I will look for another product. Update: I'm increasing my rating from two to five stars. I found another product but it had the same problem. However, when I pushed the phone connector in harder than before, it snapped securely into place. I decided to press the connector harder with a previously purchased product and it finally clicked securely as well. Conclusion: Both this product and the product I bought to replace it both work perfectly. All you have to do is push the headphones into the phone jack very firmly, especially when they are new.
