Update: I thought the controller was faulty but now I'm 90% sure that one of the large LED strips has a short circuit or a faulty chip , because the light is on today began to flicker randomly for no reason. I am a professional installer with over 10 years experience so I know this is not my wiring. Stay away from this product and find a better one. It took me 3 hours to install and hide the cables, now I have to do it again because it's JUNK. So I wanted to run 1 channel for the outside and 1 for the inside. That is not easy. the first on each channel or in the whole system flickers and errors appear. I was very disappointed because it would have made my install 100,000 times easier, but now I have to change the length to set it up the way I want. For the price, they're decent with a chunky attachment. But I would say if you want a more complex system look for one that has more than 2 channels. Maybe I have a bad controller but it's frustrating I have to change it.
