All right. I don't have aesthetic problems like some other people. This is exactly what was described, "forged decorative metal element". But that's nothing OMG! It is what it is, a shiny metal tray for small items like salt and pepper shakers, bathroom knick knacks and all. In my opinion the quality is very good, contrary to what others say. And this is the size listed; I measured it around the edges. I don't understand why reviewers give 1 or 2 stars when they complain about the size. It's small, I expected it to be small, I ordered it knowing how small it was, and so on. My advice; Make sure you need something, that you have a good idea of how you're going to use it, and that it "fits". It's not fair to receive something and give a bad review because it's "less than I need" or something like that. Here's how I see it.
