fan and gasket kit received in perfect condition. I watched one of the various videos on You Tube about the removal process and tried not to damage the roof membrane. Today is a 100 degree day so we started early on the roof. It took about 30 minutes to remove all of the old Dicor self leveling sealant. You will find great things when you remove the existing sealing. Note the much heavier dome cover material than the factory original, and the dual lift arm prevents the cover from flapping and making noise in the wind like single lift arms do. Cutting the interior trim to size was an easy task with the help of some heavy-duty kitchen scissors. Matches our new Coachman pendant perfectly. Again, the size of the plastic was much stronger than the factory finish, and the white painted screws are countersunk for a true professional look. The electrical connection was easy as there was an interior light nearby. The remote control and the built-in control panel on the fan ensure easy operation. At low speeds it makes no noise at all, and even at high speeds you only hear the sound of the incoming air, not the motor or fan blades. This fan really moves the air. Partially opening the front windows and operating at 30% produced good airflow. Can't wait to try this on our next outing. The only confusion is where to attach the remote control bracket to the trailer.
