The watch is excellent. WearOS isn't great.

WATCH The watch has a beautiful style. I thought it would look big on my wrist but it feels good and doesn't look bulky. The leather strap is ok but looks a bit cheap like the leather wallets you can buy in Turkish bazaar. But you can always buy a set of straps that suit your personal style. Since the watch can run WearOS, it is very responsive. I've created my own faces, experimented with adding different applications to the buttons, etc. Everything works very well. However, if you've looked at someone's Apple Watch, you'll see a huge difference in the experience. Google needs to join forces to create a more user-friendly wearable. BATTERY From what I've read, the big issue is battery life. Fossil added the ability to extend battery life. I've used these and the watch gets me through the day with no issues. As of this writing the clock was at 100% at 7:30am and at 75% at 4:45am. When I use the watch for more activities I have found that they are around 50% concurrent. For the most part this works fine. I had some trouble sending messages by voice command. Sometimes he broadcasts, sometimes he just sits. I have to repeat that. But other things work fine. I also like Google Maps and Google Keep. I set Keep as a quick icon right on my watch face. Basically, I like the watch very much. Don't particularly like the group. And I hope Google does something with WearOS.
