Review on Skechers After Industrial Construction 3X Wide: Ultimate Comfort and Durability for Wide Feet by Doug Hinrichsen

unusable. Still looking for shoes.

12/25/2017 - Very disappointed with this shoe. The bottom of the guts where your legs meet is a bit rough and uneven. This is noticeable by peaks in places where they shouldn't be; mostly in the forefoot. Your feet may not notice the bumps at first, but as you wear them, the bumps will become noticeable and become more uncomfortable over time. With one shoe, they began to cause pain. This is not an isolated case as we bought 2 very similar pairs of shoes with the Skechers logo. We exchanged a pair under their free return/exchange offer but the exchanged pair was just as bad but with dents in other areas of the foot. I tried to fix one pair of shoes myself by removing the factory insole. Just a warning. These insoles are glued; It is almost impossible to pull out the factory insole. If you use custom insoles or insoles, these shoes are not for you. I tore open the factory insoles piece by piece and then scraped the inside of the boot sole with an old round butter knife to remove almost all of the factory insole. After removing the factory insole, I put my insoles in, but that didn't solve the problem. In any case, these shoes are made as quickly and cheaply as possible, regardless of whether they are usable or not. Shame on our American companies for putting us in this position. We bought two pairs, changed one and out of three pairs of shoes none fit due to discomfort, sore foot and lumps. I destroyed a pair of insoles but sent the other two back.
