Review on Whizzotech 🔧 Extended Needle Nose Pliers by Ricky Cruise

I ordered several of these pliers because they are good pliers. But the spring that opened it fell out and was lost. I contacted Whizzotech, the manufacturer of the product, and they don't seem to endorse their product because although I offered to pay for the springs, they didn't send them to me. So now I have 4 pliers which are not very convenient to use. I came here to contact the seller but I think the only way is through the verification process. I would be very happy to improve the rating with some customer service.
