I was looking for a set of inexpensive angle clamps for occasional use. I chose them because of their super low price (under $5 per clip) and their 3 star rating - I thought how bad could they be? Turns out those corner clips are completely useless. The clamping action is too weak to be useful - even if a piece of wood is placed in one of the clamps and the screw is tightened very hard, the piece of wood will easily slip out or even pop out entirely. Also, when two pieces of wood are clamped in place, they are not properly aligned and do not meet at right angles.
