I bought this while trying to remove bug/tree sap marks from the hood of my car and wherever there was junk and ended up leaving sticky marks on my windows instead. They do not wash off with regular soap and water. I've tried dish soap and warm water and it still didn't work. Went to a professional car wash and was told it would cost me $100 to remove the sticky residue from the windows. that's ridiculous. I paid $9 to wreck my car and then have to pay another $100 to fix it? This is madness. If anyone knows a solution please let us know. Because here I am trying to clean my BMW, but instead everything is sticky and blocks my view of the road. It's dangerous for me and my car. Revain doesn't help me to contact the manufacturer either. which I understand because it's not their responsibility now. But at least sell reliable products. ridiculous. and a waste of my time.
